I have been creating light and airy images for clients for over 11 years! My love for photography began when I was much younger. I was always the one taking pictures or videos of family or friends and have countless photos in the garage in storage bins. I feel I get my passion for capturing moments from my dad. He was always behind the video camera and almost always taking photos. Thankfully I have so many memories of my life because of him and my mom. And I will forever honor his life that ended in 2010 by this amazing job I have been blessed by. I got my first digital camera in 2011 and have been obsessed ever since. I am fun-loving, super goofy girl, who is always wanting to make people laugh by doing and saying the most random things at times. I married the man of my dreams in July 2021, hence why my name is Heather Blalock but keep my photography name Heather Smith in honor of my dad. Together my husband and I have three teenagers and the sweetest little pup and live in Redlands, CA. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends whether it's a night on the town enjoying dinner and drinks, laying out by the pool, supporting our kids in whatever they do or a night in snuggling up with my husband and doggy. You'll never see me sitting around doing nothing or in silence. I love editing to some good country tunes or some old school hip hop music. This is not just a job for me, but a passion and a talent that has filled my heart with so much joy that I thank God for daily. I find it so rewarding to capture so many breathtaking moments of people in love and have made many friendships along the way.
